To Cancel Your Membership and Training:

  1. How to Cancel:
    • Log in to your Customer Portal and select "Cancel."
    • Your membership will be cancelled, and no further payments will be charged.
  2. What Happens After Cancellation:
    • Your current workouts will stay on your TrainingPeaks calendar, and your account will remain linked to our coaching account until the end of your billing cycle.
    • Please note, refunds are not available for previous payments.
  3. At the End of Your Billing Cycle:
    • Your TrainingPeaks account will be unlinked from our coaching account, and any applied plans/future training will be removed.
    • If you subscribed to TrainingPeaks Premium, your account will be downgraded to the free version, but your login credentials will remain unchanged.
