My Workouts Are Not Exporting To My Garmin Device?

Troubleshooting

If your future workouts are not syncing to your Garmin device, you may be out of space on your device. Here are three steps to try:

  1. Delete activities from your bike computer to free up space and allow for your future workouts to be uploaded.
  2. You can also try removing your connect app from your phone and reinstalling it.
  3. Check the plan dates are correctly applied in your TrainingPeaks Calendar
