- Connect Your TrainingPeaks Account: Members must link their TrainingPeaks account to gain access to the training plans.
- Self-select yourTraining Plans: You can choose and of the SEMIPRO training plans suited to your fitness level, goals, and available training time.
- Reach Out for Coaching Support: Contact the coaching team for guidance or assistance whenever you need it.
As part of your membership, you are entitled to email support, ensuring you receive answers and guidance for any training-related queries.
- Member-Led Communication: We assume your training is going smoothly unless we hear otherwise. We aim to respond to emails within 24 hours, or 48 hours on weekends.
- When We Reach Out: Aside from answering your questions, we will contact you to:
- Help with your initial setup
- Assist in setting up your personalised training zones
- Check in if you appear to have stopped training
Please note:
- Training plans are not personalised.
- We do not offer detailed performance data analysis.
- We only address questions related to your training plan.
All training plans are for your personal use only. This means you cannot share, copy, or distribute the plans or workouts without written permission. You are also prohibited from linking another coach’s account while connected to ours.
By joining, you agree to the following:
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- A valid payment method is required for membership.
- Membership fees are non-refundable after the 30-day money-back guarantee period.
- Your membership will automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
- You may cancel your membership at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period.
