6 Simple Steps to Choosing Your Plan

Step 1: A-Race/Event or Fitness/Attribute Focus

What is your primary goal?

  • Gravel or XCM A-Race/Event → Proceed to Step 3.
  • Road A-Race/Event → Proceed to Step 2.
  • General Fitness or Specific Attribute (e.g., improve VO2 max, anaerobic capacity) → Choose a Plan Focus (e.g., VO2 Max, Anaerobic Capacity, Endurance—perfect for general fitness). → Proceed to Step 4.

Step 2: Design Your Own Plan?

Do you want a season-long plan or one that adapts to each phase?

  • Season-long → Proceed to Step 4.
  • Modular (adaptable) → Proceed to Step 4.

Step 3: Length of Plan

How many weeks until your target or completion?

  • 12 weeks or less → Choose a 12-week plan.
  • 13 weeks or more → Choose a Full Season plan.

Step 4: Experience Level

What is your current training experience?

  • Beginner → Choose a Beginner Plan.
  • Intermediate (1-3 years of consistent training, fewer hours to train) → Choose a Low-Volume Intermediate Plan.
  • Intermediate (1-3 years of consistent training) → Choose an Intermediate Plan.
  • Advanced (3+ years, performance-focused) → Choose an Advanced Plan.

Step 5: Strength Plan

Do you want to add a strength plan?

  • Yes → Choose from Pedal-Quadrant (full body), Heavy Lifting (legs), Maintenance, or Trunk strength plans → Proceed to Step 6.
  • No → Proceed to Step 6.

Step 6: Plan Selection and Purchase
