About Damian Ruse

Semi-Pro Cycling was founded by elite cycling coach Damian Ruse. Damian is the go-to coach for time-poor cyclists.

You’ll find that his approach to cycling training is time-saving. He developed it over the past five years, and it has helped his athletes build high-performance fitness.

He uses the perfect blend of data driven analysis (WKO4 performance modelling, academic research, and personal case studies) and time-saving training to build high-performance fitness in less time.

Damian has been riding and racing bikes for over 25 years, and coaching cyclists for over 5 years. He has even been the Performance Director of a top Australian road cycling team.
