Do I get personalised coaching in Team SEMIPRO?
No. This is a structured training library, not coaching. You pick your level and the plan or build you want to follow. If you want personalised adjustments or feedback, Guided or PRO is a better fit.
How do I know where to start?
If you want to build your own sequence, start with Foundation at the level that fits your current training load. If you have a race coming up, choose an Event-Specific or Full Season Build for your discipline and timeline.
Do the plans connect together?
Yes. The modular blocks are designed to sit together logically: Foundation can lead into Capacity, Capacity can lead into Event Prep or Taper, and Transition can reset you for the next cycle. The season builds already arrange that sequence for longer road, gravel, or gran fondo preparation.
Do I need TrainingPeaks Premium?

Yes. The main cycling plans start at Beginner and move through Low Volume Intermediate, Intermediate, and Advanced options as your training load grows.
Will this help my late-ride power?

Are strength sessions included?
